Tracy Dockray migrated with her chihuahua and vintage motorcycles from West Texas to New York City. She has illustrated more than 25 books, including an edition of Beverly Cleary’s Ramona series, the Henry Huggins series, and The Mouse and the Motorcycle series. Although Tracy studied fine art in school, she has come to the happy conclusion that drawing pictures for children’s books is the finest art she knows.
