He is currently responsible for managing research in comprehensive water environment management, integration of plant network and mathematical model of water environment. Dr. Yiping Li is also a guest professor at North Carolina University at Chapel Hill (UNC), a visiting professor at Alabama University and Windsor University, a key project host of the National Natural Science Foundation. He has published more than 80 papers in many peer-reviewed journals as the main author or co-author, covering environmental field. He has also authored a number of books and book chapters.
