The political game is rigged. You need way too much money to win. I have only enough money to live so I decided to run for US Senator as a JFK-like Democrat against Robert P Casey Jr.-as a write-in candidate. My plan is to spend as little as possible on my campaign. Therefore, I will have to find every means possible without spending money to be able to point out the issues I hope to solve and the specific platform to bring home those solutions.I am not a fool but most would say my quest is a fool's errand. Try running for office in a state such as Pennsylvania, in which the political incumbents and the establishment have the game 100% rigged. Corrupt state politicians in all 50 states have slanted the ballot-access table in favor of incumbents and against non-political regular citizens of America such as me and you when you become inclined to throw your hat in the ring. If not us, then who-a politician and we just cannot have that.Using this experience as a basis, this book is written to help all potential candidates understand the reality of restrictive ballot access laws in all the states and what one must do to comply with them and/or get around them. For me, this book will describe my unique platform for Pennsylvania and America in detail. For you, if you ever choose to run for office, it will serve as an effective learning tool and a how-to guide. It contains a lot of great platform information, a great announcement speech, and helpful stuff that you can use in your campaign.If you were planning to vote Democrat, please vote for me instead of Bob Casey Jr. I will serve you better for sure. Brian W. Kelly retired as an Assistant Professor in the Business Information Technology (BIT) program at Marywood University, where he also served as the IBM i and Midrange Systems Technical Advisor to the IT Faculty. Kelly designed, developed, and taught many college and professional courses. He continues as a contributing technical editor to a number of IT industry magazines, including ""The Four Hundred"" and ""Four Hundred Guru,"" published by IT Jungle. Kelly is a former IBM Senior Systems Engineer and IBM Mid Atlantic Area Specialist. His specialty was designing applications for customers as well as implementing advanced IBM operating systems and software facilities on their machines. He has an active information technology consultancy. He is the author of 165 books and numerous technical articles. Kelly has been a frequent speaker at COMMON, IBM conferences, and other technical conferences. Brian was a candidate for US Congress from Pennsylvania in 2010 and he brings a lot of experience to his writing endeavors and he is ready to be your Senator in 2019.
