Julie T. Cecere, DVM, MS, is Clinical Associate Professor at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. Julie is a Diplomate of the American College of Theriogenology. D. Phillip Sponenberg, DVM, PhD, is Professor, at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine and an Honorary Member of the American College of Theriogenology.
