Ross has earned a reputation as a bridge-builder and has worked nationally and internationally to heal the widening global racial and religious gap. He has shared the stage with luminaries ranging from His Holiness, the Dalai Lama, President Nelson Mandela to Vice President Kamala Harris, to Dr. Marian Wright Edelman. He serves on the Leadership Council of the Association for Global New Thought, a Senior Fellow of the Mountain-Valley Chapter of the American Leadership Forum, and a Board member of Sacramento Area Congregations Together. Kev. is married to Anita Ross, founder of the Women for Equality movement, and together they have three children. With over thirty years of leadership experience, Eric Ovid Donaldson's mission is simple-he is dedicated to the discovery, development and perfect unfoldment of the divine potential inherent in all humanity. ""Rev. E,"" as he is affectionately called, is the Senior Associate Minister of Operations at Unity of Sacramento, and is also an instructor at the Unity Urban Ministerial School (an affiliate of Unity Worldwide Ministries). Among his many accomplishments, Rev. E placed first in his Semi-Final Round of the 2014 Toastmasters International World Championship of Public Speaking. He is also a member of the Board of Preachers at the prestigious Martin Luther King, Jr. International Chapel at Morehouse College. His work as a healer, and with people from all walks of life has resulted in numerous awards and acknowledgements including a day named in his honor in the city of Memphis, Tennessee. Rev. E enjoyed nearly eighteen years of marriage to his late wife, Valencia, and together they have raised two beautiful teenagers.
