Lynda Hinkle is a bar certified attorney in the State of New Jersey. She holds a J. D. from Rutgers School of Law Camden, and practices in the areas of Family, Domestic Violence, Child Custody, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Small Business, Municipal Defense, Real Estate and Elder Law. In addition, Hinkle earned a Masters in Teaching from Rowan University and a Masters of the Arts in English from Rutgers University. After graduating from law school and opening her first office in Marlton, Hinkle quickly established herself as one of the most recognized lawyers in South Jersey. In 2009, the same year she graduated from law school, Hinkle earned the prestigious Family Law Award from the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. In 2011, SJ Magazine declared Hinkle one of the best divorce lawyers in the region. In 2013, Hinkle was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and received honors as a Top Attorney by SJ Magazine. She has received the Rutgers Camden Civic Engagement Award, the Rutgers University Spirit Award, and was named one of the 25 Women To Watch in 2012 in South Jersey Biz Magazine.
