St.Clair is the regional vice-chair of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, and her extensive university education included intense focus on women's studies. She is the founder of Rhema Christian Ministry, which is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Through her work and studies, St.Clair has become highly familiar with the self-esteem issues women face and the common resulting consequences.
