(If I accomplish that, my only goal remaining for me is to out live Keith Richards) Lisa Bishop spends much of her day supporting students and teachers. She is proud to be a rare full-time California Teacher Librarian to over 1000 middle schoolers. She is also the incoming President of California School Library Association. When she is not reading, protesting, making books or tending to her flock of unique chickens, she is traveling the U.S. with her partner Gerry visiting independent bookstores and libraries or spending time with her grown children and Romeo, her rescue chihuahua.
