OverviewFrom an early age, I wrote an occasional poem about many varied subjects. I love nature and animals, thus in my youth, I wrote about the world around me. As I got into high school and beyond, I began writing a little more regularly and began to narrow my themes to the religious. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the mainstay of my life, thus the majority of my poems are religious in nature. Jesus Christ is the Bread of life and this concept is reflected in my title, the butter in life, is everything else! After marriage, we spent many years in the military stationed in Hawaii, Europe, and these great United States. We have four adopted children, who have all moved on and have families of their own. This is my second book, the first being one exclusively of Christmas poems, which is also a Bread and Butter book. I have included a section on Nature in this collection of religious poems because Nature helps me feel close to God. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
