He is Area Editor, Asia-Pacific, of Performance (Ernst &Young). Prof. Kai was a Program Director of the Nestl lobal Leadership Program. Prior to this, he served as a Fellow at the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI) in Shanghai and San Francisco.
