Stephanie Mullowney, herself a mother to a daughter with Down Syndrome, is the founder of Paperdolls Photography; established to provide families with special photographic and artist services, and also to provide an income to Stephanie and her daughter when they had nothing and only the barest of housing and personal possessions to help them meet their material needs. Today, her travels include much of the country building a very large platform that she consistently engages directly. She lives near Nashville, Tennessee with her daughter, Hannah Grace.
