Box366 is exactly what people in all areas of creative work have long been waiting for: a flexible set of colour cards for practical use in architectural, interior, product, graphic, fashion and textile design, for drawing lessons and manual training in schools, kindergartens etc. Every designer knows the problems that arise when he has to define colours or combinations of colours with the help of a colour fan: in the creative design process, the systematically stepped colours of the fan are dissatisfying. The fixed colour samples make it impossible to regard the colours side by side and to compare them. Moreover, the colour samples are often too small for reliable verification. Box366 comprises 366 colour cards, subtle degrees of difference from all shades of colour - very light and very dark, pure colours and subtle shades of grey. It is not a colour system but a comprehensive collection of colours for practical use. Should the chosen colours or colour combinations be destined for reproduction, they can be defined with a conventional standard colour system.
