Penelope Todd lives in Dunedin. Her novel WATERMARK was shortlisted for the NZ Post Book Awards in 2004, as was her title DARK in 2005. She was Writer in Residence at the Dunedin College of Education in 2001. All of her novels have been listed as 'Notable Books'.
