Overview

When the FBI calls retired Diplomatic Security agent Cam Coppenger to anchor a task force created to stop terrorist attacks on American soil, Cam reluctantly accepts the challenge. But governmental politics and bureaucracy prove impossibly cumbersome, and after clashing with an ambitious ambassador, Cam resigns in frustration. When another terrorist attack lures him back to the fight, Cam's decision to continue as an independent operative sparks an international game of intrigue that leads him from San Diego to Mexico and finally to Lebanon where he faces his ultimate challenge: determining the limits of legal and moral boundaries by which he operates. As his personal war against terrorism escalates to a maelstrom of hard hitting action, Cam Coppenger becomes the Boundary Hunter.

Reviews

If Moore's objective was to convey the polemics that run through these troubled times, he has succeeded quite well. Boundary Hunter is a well written and engrossing story. The Auburn Villager Review by Jim Buford Having retired with 25 years of federal law enforcement experience with a background in counterintelligence and counterterrorism, I found this to be a very engaging book. It was obvious the author had extensive background in foreign service and terrorism. I could relate to the character in his frustration in dealing with the politics and bureaucracy of the government as he attempted to hunt a named terrorist who committed acts of terror on US soil. Weaving the story between the US, Lebanon and Mexico gave you an inside look at the difficulties in resolving terrorism investigations. I applaud Mr. Moore on his first book and hope he will continue the story with a second book about his character. Amazon Customer Review
