Mark Silverman is the author of two bestselling nonfiction books, MARKED CARD and ROGUE MOBSTER, which chronicles the Boston mob wars of the 1990's and early 2000's. Silverman is a highly regarded public speaker who has made multiple media appearances. Silverman's book Rogue Mobster was used as inspiration for Warner Brothers blockbuster movie Black Mass. As part of the promotional material used for Black Mass, Warner Brothers and LadBible made a short film shot on location in South Boston and Winter Hill.
