She is a member of Women Writing The West and the Watercolor Society of Oregon. Georgia holds a BA degree from Saint Mary's College, Moraga, CA, and is a retired investment advisor and insurance broker. When not writing or painting she volunteers for several organizations. She is the TCF, Inc. regional coordinator for the state of Oregon, and oversees the TCF Northwest Coast chapter.
