Cathy Richards, M.A., owner of Inspiring Vitality, is a lifestyle and wellness strategist and speaker who helps individuals and organizations maximize physical health, brain function, and energy levels. Cathy earned the C. Everett Koop National Health Award for Worksite Health Promotion while spending the first 15 years of her career in corporate wellness for Marriott International, Inc. She then spent eight years in wellness for older adults with Asbury, the 15th largest not-for-profit continuing care retirement community in the U.S. Merging those two experiences led to Cathy's unique ""never too early, never too late"" approach. With a M.A. Degree in Exercise Physiology, a B.S. Degree in Kinesiological Sciences and over 20 years as a wellness coach, Cathy unlocks key mindset shifts and strategies for lasting motivation and lifestyle change at any age. Her certifications include ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Wellcoaches Certified Fitness Coach, Senior Fitness Association Certified Senior Fitness Instructor, Long Term Care Instructor, and Brain Fitness Facilitator. While her children were younger, she authored ""The Busy Mom's Ultimate Fitness Guide: Get Motivated and Find the Solution that Works for You!, sharing her contagious passion for healthy living.
