As a professor at Centre College since 1979, Michael Barton has extensive teaching experience and his research expertise lies in the ecology and physiology of marine and freshwater fishes. He received his PhD in Fisheries and Wildlife from Oregon State in 1978, and is presently conducting research in the Bahamas.
