The Author: Maren Dingfelder Stone received her M.A. in Conference Interpreting for English and Dutch from the University of Mainz in 2001 and a Ph.D. in American Studies in 2006. She works as a freelance interpreter and teaches interpreting in Germersheim to students of English and Dutch.
