Author Information

Retired deputy Robert Kahn has a Master's degree in Education. As a sixth grade teacher, he became concerned with many of the problems plaguing our youth. Bob became a D.A.R.E. instructor and as an instructor, was faced with youth suicide. Bob researched the subject, and with the assistance of a school counselor and a therapist, developed this book for parents and youth. Bob has firsthand experience dealing with troubled youth and shares his expertise in a series of safety books for parents, educators, law enforcement personnel and other trusted adults.
