It is hard to imagine the size of the blue whale, the biggest creature possessing the earth. They are about the length of three school buses and the heart alone is the size of a little vehicle. There are records of people more than 100 feet (30.5 m) long, however 70-90 feet (23-27 m) is most likely normal. A normal load for a grown-up is 200,000 to 300,000 pounds (100-150 tons). Blue whales are general blue-dark color, mottled with light dim. Cold water diatoms hold fast to their skin and now and then give their tummies a yellowish hint, giving the blue whale its moniker of sulfur base. Blue whales are long and smoothed out. Their dorsal balances are amazingly little, and their pectoral flippers are long and meager.
