Author Information

Renee Mauborgne is the INSEAD Distinguished Fellow and a professor of strategy at INSEAD, one of the world's top business schools. She is also codirector of the INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute. She cofounded the Blue Ocean Global Network with W. Chan Kim. Her books include the bestsellers Blue Ocean Shift and Blue Ocean Strategy (both cowritten with W. Chan Kim). W. Chan Kim is the Boston Consulting Group Bruce D. Henderson Chair Professor of Strategy and International Management at INSEAD business school and codirector of the INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute. Kim is coauthor, with Renee Mauborgne, of the bestselling books Blue Ocean Strategy and Blue Ocean Shift. He also cofounded the Blue Ocean Global Network with Renee Mauborgne. Roger Wayne hails from small-town Minnesota. He served in the Air Force as a broadcast journalist in South Korea. After doing plays in early college he earned an acting scholarship and obtained his BA in communications and journalism. He worked as an actor for two years in Minneapolis and then moved to NYC, where he continues to work in TV, film, theater, and voice-over.
