MICHAEL J. COLLINS, M.D., served as the Chief Resident in Orthopedic Surgery at the prestigious Mayo Clinic and is now a successful orthopedic surgeon. He is the author of the acclaimed medical memoir Hot Lights, Cold Steel. He lives in Hinsdale, Illinois.
