Overview

The Lüneburg Heath has been one of my favorite places to stay since 2016. Increasingly, it too is being destroyed by the ecological madness of wind power and the greed for profit of its operators, but there are still magical retreats to forget the madness of the world, small places with friendly people and places of silence. I have been photographing the heath intensively ever since, again and again, in the change of seasons and with the most diverse technology, but always analog. Expired films can fascinate with the charm of completely enraptured colors. This catalog versifies an exhibition that was shown on November 16, 2022 on a farm on the island of Föhr. The enlargements were shown for exactly one day and given away to the visitors afterwards.
