Dr Thomas B. Courtney BA, LLB, LLD is head of the Company Secretarial Practice and a partner in the Corporate Group at Arthur Cox. Lyndon MacCann BA (Mod), M Litt, SC is one of Ireland’s leading company law senior counsels. He has been general editor of the Companies Acts since its first edition was published in 1995. Irene Lynch-Fannon is Professor of Law in UCC. She is a consultant solicitor with A&L Goodbody’s Solicitors primarily working with the Insolvency and Restructuring group. William Johnston, MA (Dub), solicitor, is a partner at Arthur Cox. He has expertise in all aspects of security law for financing and banking facilities. Daibhi O’Leary BComm, M Acc, solicitor, is an associate at Arthur Cox and a contributor to the third edition of Law of Companies by Dr Thomas B. Courtney. Nessa Cahill BL has been a practising barrister since 1999. She is the author of Company Law Compliance and Enforcement.
