Gregor Pratt and his wife split their time between Cincinnati, Ohio and Sarasota, Florida. He writes in both places from his home office. For almost forty years, Pratt was a practicing attorney and named an Ohio Super Lawyer. It was during those days this novel was written only to languish under his desk for more than a decade.
