Reviews

When I was growing up, feelings, especially the negative ones, were brushed under a rug. Looking back, I wish my parents and I had better tools to discuss what was going on during those tumultuous teenage years. This is a brilliant workbook for bringing those inner feelings to the surface and opening up honest dialogue between parents and teens. --Hilary Johnson, owner of HatchTribe I cannot say enough for this book and this therapist. Five stars! I am in the process of raising children in a divided household. Journalling is extremely therapeutic, but even if you don't like to write, the information in here is outstanding, from a highly experienced therapist with new approaches to connecting, relaxing, and dealing with challenging situations out of love. Sonya Jensen has so much talent and experience. Her teenage journal is a must-have as well. I will buy this book for any stepmoms or stepmoms-to-be. --Natalie Grand, author of Cult Girls
