Author Information

Richard Caddell graduated from University of Wales Cardiff in 1999 with an honours degree in Law and Spanish. In 2001 he earned an LL.M degree in Commercial Law, also from University of Wales, Cardiff, awarded with Distinction (both overall and also for the thesis). He was appointed to a lectureship in law at University of Wales, Bangor, in September 2004. Howard Johnson is Assistant Director of Centre for Medico-Legal Studies and he has worked at Cardiff University since 1976. His interests range over commercial law, the law of intellectual property and media law. He is the Administrative Editor of the Butterworths Medico-Legal Reports and an Associate Editor of Communications Law.
