Stanley is an assistant professor of educational leadership and Carmen Starkson Campbell Faculty Fellow of Innovation and Teacher Development at the University of Minnesota. For more than forty years, Kofi Lomotey has focused on the education of black people. At the higher education level, he has been a university professor, department chair, provost, president, and chancellor. He has been a founder, teacher, and administrator at three independent African-centered schools. H. Richard Milner IV is Cornelius Vanderbilt Chair of Education in the Department of Teaching and Learning at Peabody College of Education and Human Development at Vanderbilt University. Milner is a researcher, scholar, and leader of urban education and teacher education. Mirron Willis--actor of film, stage, and television--is the winner of the prestigious Audie Award for best narration in 2012 and a finalist for the Audie in 2015, as well as the winner of four AudioFile Earphones Awards for his audiobook recordings. He has worked extensively in film and television and on stage with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Houston Shakespeare Festival, and the Ensemble Theatre, among others. He has recorded some 150 audiobooks, including the Smokey Dalton series by Kris Nelscott and My Song by Harry Belafonte. He resides and records audiobooks on his family's historic ranch in East Texas. Diana Blue received her BFA in drama from Hofstra University and her MA in theater education from Emerson College. She is a classically trained actor, choreographer, and voice performer who resides in Connecticut. She has lent her voice to many promos, commercials, and TV voice-overs.
