Overview

Timmy, a recent Georgia Tech grad, had been working as an architect for a local construction firm. He witnessed several murders and other mayhem, he, himself was subject to severe physical abuse. The DA, believing he didn't have sufficient evidence to convict the perpetrators, did not indict. For his protection, Timmy was inducted into the federal witness protection program. Penny, a young lady who recently received her undergraduate degree, decided to become a lawyer. She enrolled in a small law school in South Florida. Upon graduating, she took a position with the local DA's office and eventually became involved with the cold case involving Timmy. This is their stories.

I was born and raised in Chillicothe, a small town in Ohio, the Buckeye State's first capital and also its third. I served four years in the United States Air Force and fought the Korean War at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, Nevada, as a radar mechanic in a weather detachment; we tracked weather balloons. I received a BS degree from Tri-State College in Indiana and an MS from the Florida Institute of Technology. I worked for ten years on the Apollo program at kennedy Space Cener. I lived and worked in Germany for thirteen years and spent two years working in Turkey. I was married twice, first time for fifty-one years, the second for seven. I am the father of three, grandfather of eight, and great-grandfather of ten. Wow, and I'm only thirteen. Also, for fun, I sometimes take liberties with the facts, but only when it's obvious. I am controlled by a Shih Tzu - that's a dog, my constant companion, Koko.
