Overview

If you enjoy ""Twas the Night Before Christmas"" and ""Charlotte's Web"" the young and young at heart are bound to enjoy this whimsical legend where ol' world Christmas charm meets present day Christmas. It is a tale filled with the ""Spirit or Christmas . . . Magic . . . Mystery"" leading to discovering truths of major importance as told by the most unusual storyteller . . . ""Bitsy, the most curious spider of all."" This intriguing tale adapted from old-world legends unfolds as Bitsy along with the eldest and wisest spider, EW, listen and observe the owners of this Grand House. This authentic, multicultural, and bilingual family . . . Nana, Opa, and their adorable and lively grandchildren reveal, unknowingly, to Bitsy and EW how they bring these old-world legends alive by celebrating family traditions of Christmases past and blending together traditions and festivities of the present. These tidbits of Christmas captivate Bitsy as she and EW continue to hear Nana and Opa talk about ""all there is to Christmas"" especially a Jolly Ol' Fella in a red suit, Christmas goodies, and presents for the grandkids. As time goes by Bitsy's curiosity gets the best of her . . . she needs to find out about this Christmas. Eventually, EW and she scurry about in this Grand House, following the family, learn ""all there is to Christmas"" for themselves and much, much more . . . like Bitsy unexpectedly stumbling into ""you know who"" and witnesses ""Christmas Magic."" Bitsy's escapades do not end here. Remember she is ""the most curious spider of all."" And that curiosity leads to remarkable news. That just by chance, what Bitsy sees glancing out the front window one night, unexpectedly, will make her a legend. No! No! No spoiler alert here. You have to read all of the legend to find out how the mystery unfolds . . .

This is my legacy to my children, grandchildren, and great grandbaby. The reason why this book is so important. Throughout my life I have enjoyed writing poems, short stories, and now this first book. I enjoy art, crafts especially scrapbooking. Aside from all this, I love to create bead designs.
