This book is intended for Parents, Midwives, Maternity Nurses, General Practitioners, Neonatal Nurses as well as young Doctors looking after newborns and infants. It covers most of what the parents and health care providers need to know about birthmarks. The birthmarks may be a source of unnecessary anxiety to parents following the birth of their healthy and beautiful baby. However, only a small percentage of birthmarks presents challenges and leads to consequences.
