Mauricio Comas-García, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Biology with more than 12 years of experience studying virus assembly, RNA packaging in single-stranded RNA viruses, and rational design of virus-like-particles. His research topics include assembly of RNA viruses, RNA packaging, structural virology, and design of complex virus-like-particle systems for their application in biotechnology.
