Shûhei Nomura is Senior Curator of the Division of Terrestrial Invertebrates in the Department of Zoology at the National Museum of Nature and Science in Tokyo. He is also Vice-President of the Coleopterological Society of Japan. E. Van Volkenburgh is Professor of Biology at the University of Washington.
