English summary: The development psychology has submitted many findings on binding behaviour. Today, these and the binding theory of John Bowlby are also taken up in the clinical psychology and psychotherapy and in the medical control. The guide summarizes the research on the importance of binding characteristics in different stages of life as well as the results of clinical and binding research to mental and physical disorders.
