Aaron McCann is an Irish born (Australian raised) filmmaker, who has worked in the Australian film industry for over a decade. He reached international success with online series: Henry & Aaron’s 7 Steps to Superstardom (2010), Horror short film: Perished (2011), and feature films: Top Knot Detective (2017) and Koko: A Red Dog Story (2019). Online his videos have (collectively) gathered more than 37 million+ views. He was a cast member on the International Emmy Award-winning ABC2 series: #7DaysLater, and contributed writing to the ABC/BBC series The Heights (2019-2020) and At Home Alone Together (2020). Aaron continues to be a multi-hyphenate, including producing and directing the award-winning web-series Hug the Sun with Melbourne based comedy troupe, Aunty Donna, and is currently in development on a slate of projects through his production company, Banshee Hills, and frequent collaborator PiNK PEPPER. Aaron currently sits on the boards of the Australian Writer’s Guild (AWG) and the Professional Film Crew of Western Australia (PFCWA) and is represented by Claire Best & Associates in the UK Dominic Pearce is an Australian born, Singapore raised - Dominic spent much of his youth on his Grandma’s fold-out couch watching bizarre arthouse cinema, kung-fu films and horror movies that were definitely NOT appropriate for his age. He knew very early on that he wanted to work in film. His early career was primarily art exhibitions and music videos, directing and editing several award-winning clips before moving into advertising, feature documentary, TV and feature films. He adores collaboration, and has worked with a huge roster of artists, musicians and content creators around the world. He prides his work on having lots of heart and a bizarre sense of humour. In 2017 he released Top Knot Detective, his debut original feature film, co-directed and written with viral comedy creator Aaron McCann, which has gone on to play over 35 international film festivals to critical acclaim, including Fantastic Fest, SITGES, Rotterdam International Film Festival and the Shanghai International Film Festival. His second feature film – KOKO: A RED DOG STORY, the final film in WA’s hit film franchise RED DOG, and released in the summer of 2019. Dominic is currently in development on a slate of new projects for Cinema, TV, music performance and stage through his production label Grandma’s House, and has worked as a writer and editor on the massively viral Youtube Channel Ozzy Man Reviews. BIG RED is his first novel, co-written with friend and filmmaker Aaron McCann.
