OverviewWork-family conflict has become a prominent topic in the field of management over the last several decades in response to societal changes such as dual-earner and single-parent families (Bianchi & Milkie, 2010; Ho, Cheung, Liu, Chen, & Worthington, 2013; Iqbal, Iqbal, Ameer, & Marium, 2012).
