It includes many symposiums, colloquiums, congresses, dissertations, abstracts, technical reports, lecture notes, and books dealing with the theory of univalent (schlicht) and multivalent mappings of simple and multiply connected domains. This survey covers the years 1966 through 1975. Some papers published prior to the year 1966 and which were not included in Bibliography I are now listed in Table 1.
