Through messages received from another dimension, she continues to transcribe a multitude of essays and quotes from Steve Jobs to be shared. Her profession is not as a Medium. However, she will occasionally help a friend with intuitiveness or insight, typically using the Tarot. Katherine has an education background from the London School of Economics and is presently VP and an electrical engineer within a privately held, highly specialized telecommunications corporation. Continuing her connection with the life-after-life of Steve Jobs, Katherine's curiosity in alternative communication and a belief in the ongoing of life after 'death' led her to this most definitive proof of existence past the physical, embrace it, and research it to the fullest extent. Steve is not the first energy to come her way. It began when she was young and became normal for her. Most of it fleeting - or purposefully dispatched. Curiosity led her to not send this entity of an obviously sentient being declaring himself to be Steve Jobs away. A true insight into what occurs at point of death and afterward began to develop. She began to seriously look into the concept that we may have a choice as to how we live in the life-after-life. Firstly, is there one? Undoubtedly. Business as usual? Do we go to heaven? Do we hang out just wherever we feel comfortable? Perhaps Steve has a mixture of business and comfortable. Katherine came to the conclusion that it is possible to choose - and that faith, and or desire to stay close to loved ones can affect decisions after physical death. Steve is the only individual she communicates with on this level, constantly learning from him and gaining as much understanding as possible as to what the potentialities are when we pass over from the physical to once more become the underlying energy we are undoubtedly composed of. About Joy Lawrance When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. The origins of this saying are a bit fuzzy. While many attribute it to Zen or Confucianism it is widely considered an Eastern philosophical adage. And since my life has always centered around teaching in one form or another, this has been a favorite aphorism. I wasn't ready to take piano lessons at seven or eight...but when I decided at nine that I would start, my gift was a sweet little spinet piano, and my teacher a no-nonsense kind of task master. At age 11 I encountered another kind of piano teacher in Pasadena, California. She took my skill set to the next level and became a mentor to me, coaxing inner feelings to come out expressively through my music. What a revelation! There I learned that teaching was more than imparting data from one person to another. The teacher needs to understand the student and be ready to act when she sees that glimmer of light come on. My second-grade students in downtown Los Angeles were from impoverished families and far behind what we consider 'normal' seven to eight-year-old competency. But what a joy when their faces lit up with understanding. The same excitement came over me with my music students in an American school in Germany as they discovered the logic of a fugue (just a more complicated round) or chord progression. While the above saying is true, we need to consider that the teacher must be there well before the student is ready. When giving piano lessons, I explain a phrase, chord structure or musical format many times, in many ways. And then one day the light comes on. He was finally ready, and I was there. Writing, for me, is teaching - showing the way, developing a concept in a logical progression that ensures clarity. And the same can be said for my years as a travel consultant - helping a client understand a destination or how to navigate between points A and B and C. Probably more important than anything else is that I continue to be a student. Everyone I encounter is a potential teacher, .. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
