Boy Luthje is a senior fellow at the Institute of Social Research in Frankfurt, Germany, and visiting professor at the School of Government, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China. Siqi Luo is a research associate of the Institute of Social Research. Hao Zhang is a doctoral student at Cornell University.
