After years as a high school teacher and basketball coach, Ed Bradley saw a hard truth play out every year: students were graduating academically prepared, yet emotionally, socially, and directionally unready for life after high school. They had grades, credits, and diplomas-but not enough guidance, mentorship, or real-world support to navigate what came next. Rather than accept that gap as ""just how education works,"" Bradley built a better bridge. With over two decades of experience in education, coaching, and leadership development, Coach Ed Bradley combines mentorship, empathy, and practical strategy to help young people move from high school into adulthood with confidence and purpose. Drawing from his time in the classroom and on the court, he created the Beyond the Cap & Gown program to address what's missing in education: consistent relationships, honest conversations, and guidance that goes beyond test scores and college acceptance letters. Today, as a Transitional Life Coach, Coach Ed supports students navigating post-high-school decisions and adults facing major life or career transitions.
