Jaison Ndlovu, born on July 1, 1960, in Guruve, Zimbabwe, grew up in Bharamasvesve, Zhombe, Kwekwe. He is the second child and eldest son of Katazo Amos Magundwane and Resiya Chikwinya. With four sisters and four brothers, he attended Gwesela St Andrew's School, St Martin de Porres, and Ascot Secondary School for his education.
