Do asset allocation like a pro! Dramatically improve you investing performance with the right allocation for your investing needs Leading studies prove that approximately 90 percent of a portfolio’s investment return depends on asset allocation. But no single approach to asset allocation works perfectly—which is where this groundbreaking guide comes in. Written by a top allocation expert from T. Rowe Price, Beyond Diversification provides the knowledge, insights, and approaches you need to make the best allocation decisions for your goals. It takes you on a deep dive into the how’s and why’s of asset allocation and breaks the concept down into the three components that play a decisive role in what that asset allocation should be: return forecasting, risk forecasting, and portfolio construction (i.e., the actual asset allocation itself). Each model has strengths and weaknesses—and knowing which ones to use is the secret to success. Beyond Diversification helps you choose the right tradeoffs, build the most effective asset allocation combination for your needs, and dramatically increase your odds of success for the long run.
