Elisabeth Dove has spent her whole life in the Emerald State, other than a handful of years getting her MFA and working on farms in Scotland and Ireland. She was the editor of InkSpeak and Jeopardy Literary Magazine and on the staff of Fugue. She won the Sue C. Boynton Poetry Award, worked at a bookstore for three years, and as a public librarian for eleven years.As a queer, neurodivergent woman, Dove founded Carmine Pen Press to showcase the multiple facets of human love and desire while giving to the causes she cares about. She believes passionately in the power of storytelling and the worthiness of living a life of service.
