Lori also serves as the Assistant Director of the Servant Leadership Institute and oversees framework integration and faculty support. Her areas of research interest are adult education, Biblical contexts, leadership, and faculty mental health. Dr. Tanya Tarbutton works at Concordia University Irvine where she serves as the Senior Director of Master of Arts in Education Degree Programs, Educational Administration Practicum Coordinator and Associate Professor of Education. Prior to this Dr. Tarbutton enjoyed her role as Director of MAED, Educational Administration emphasis.
