MIKE BOGAR is an avid cross-country ski racer in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, and former president of the Teacup Lake Chapter of the Oregon Nordic Club (ONC). He has over a dozen years of experience with groomed trail ski clubs and events and has writtenn montly columns on Teacup's activities and other groomed trail events for the ONC's Portland chapter newsletter.
