With a background in teaching, creativity and spiritual leadership, she brings a unique voice to stories and poems of healing, identity, and the journey home to oneself. A baby boomer, born and raised in a working-class family, Italian family in the Bronx, shaped by loyalty, silence, and complexity, she writes from the heart of personal experience, unearthing the truths we bury and the belonging we long for. Her work blends storytelling and poetry with soulful reflection, inviting readers to reclaim their voice and find meaning in the mess. When she is not writing, she supports others on their own path to integration and self discovery, often weaving together the wisdom of the body, mind, spirit and creative expression.
