Reviews

Take an exhilarating climb to the heights of faith with an experienced, personal guide! Following Caroline's thoughtfully plotted path, you will be led, step by energizing step, upon scripture-based principles and insight. Ascend through stories of Bible heroes who have forged the way. Be inspired by testimonies of the author's miraculous adventures as a medical missionary. You will grow to trust Caroline's heart as she instructs, equips and encourages you to continue expectantly on your own faith journey, empowered by believing prayer. Sandi Aldridge This book is one of the most refreshing and enjoyable books about prayer I've read in a long time and I would encourage any Christian looking to strengthen his/her prayer life to read it. It's an easy read and basically is an eye witness account of miracles and the effect they had on the faith of the author - taking her from a skeptic who prays for everything without believing God can really do it, to a confident Christian who asks God in faith, and as a result sees miracles done. Yes, it's hard to imagine miracles being done in this day and age, but since this author is a career ICU nurse her accounts in the book are pretty credible. And pretty incredible. Christy Grimste This book is beautifully written! Believing Prayer is described in words that encourage the reader to have Faith. The book continues with explanations that are easily understood. The author has placed examples of people and events that help the reader realize the need for faith and its value. Faith is the foundation of all prayers. As I finished the book, I found the last two chapters to really 'touch' my heart. They describe the most valuable gift we are given....love. God is love. Page 106 describes a homeless man's thoughts about the possibility of his entering heaven. His love of Christ is the same as mine and I actually teared up as I read the words. This book is filled with explanations of Faith, Prayer, and LOVE. I really enjoyed reading it. Connie Lampen
