Author Information

Patrick Humblet is Professor of Labour Law at Ghent University and Chairman of the Department of Employment Law, Labour Law, Social Security Law and Welfare Law. He is a Visiting Professor at the Royal Military Academy and at the Antwerp Management School. Marc Rigaux is Professor of Labour Law at the University of Antwerp. He was Dean of the Law Faculty from 1989 to 1993. Since 2002 he has been an assessor at the Council of State.
