Dipl.-Ing. Sivo Schilling has been an expert consultant for bauforumstahl e. V. since 2002 and was responsible for the creation of this book. Assessments were provided by two outstanding experts - Univ.-Prof. Dr- Ing. Markus Feldmann, Head of the Chair of Steel and Light Metal Structures and of the Institute for Steel Construction at RWTH Aachen, as well as Prof. Dr.- Ing. Richard Stroetmann, Head of the Chair of Steel Construction at the Institute for Steel and Timber Structures of TU Dresden - who provided their experiences from working both in standards, practice and teaching.
